• Line Boring Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, downtime, or lost revenue

• We are not responsible for equipment failure resulting from pre-existing conditions, structural weaknesses, or prior repairs

• All repairs are performed to industry standards but do not constitute a guarantee of future performance

Liability, if any, is strictly limited to the total value of the services provided.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

Due to the nature of heavy equipment repair and welding services:

• No warranties or guarantees are provided on worn, fatigued, or previously repaired components

• The longevity and performance of any repair depend on factors outside our control, including equipment condition, usage, maintenance, and operating environment

• Any recommendations provided are based on visible conditions at the time of service

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about equipment and service requirements

• Ensure safe, clear, and reasonable access to the worksite

• Disclose any known hazards, prior damage, or previous repairs before work begins

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in additional costs, delays, or limitations in service outcomes.

 

6. On-Site Work and Risk Acknowledgement

By engaging our services, the customer acknowledges that:

• Welding, line boring, and mechanical repairs involve inherent risks, including potential damage to surrounding components

• Work is often performed in uncontrolled or field environments where conditions may impact results

• Line Boring Services is not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, structural fatigue, or compromised materials not visible prior to or during service

 

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice or service agreement

• Deposits may be required prior to commencement of work

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

8. Cancellations and Delays

We reserve the right to:

• Reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

Customers are expected to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or may be subject to cancellation fee.
